Dear Bob and family,
I have always known Bob as a constructive and thoughtful person. He took time to think about things, and then he started to write. He has made a great contribution to putting social policy on the international agenda. I also remember him more in particular when he wrote about the origins of the social protection floor concept, and how it developed through the international organizations.
I shall miss Bob, and I wish his family and friends all the strength to cope with his absence.
